Single Account Policy
Each person may operate one account only. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and no bonuses or winnings may be withdrawn. Multiple accounts within the same household or on the same device may also be subject to investigation.
KYC Verification
Jet12 may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. The following documents may be required:
- National ID (NID) or Passport
- Recent selfie with photo ID

Withdrawal Policy

General Bonus Policy

Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your jet12 account, please contact the support team. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Once an account is closed, re-registration with the same details will not be permitted.
